Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team at Rethink Retail to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise on the retail sector. My role as a retail expert on the Advisory Board has allowed me to contribute valuable insights and recommendations on key business initiatives, market trends, and industry best practices.

During my time with Rethink Retail, I have been impressed by the company’s commitment to innovation, creativity, and thought leadership in the retail space. The team at Rethink Retail has demonstrated a strong dedication to staying ahead of the curve and delivering cutting-edge solutions to their clients.

One of the highlights of my experience, with Rethink Retail, has been the opportunity to collaborate with other industry leaders and experts on various projects and initiatives. The Retail Brotherhood, as we affectionately refer to it, is a testament to the collaborative spirit and camaraderie that exists among industry professionals. This network has provided valuable connections, resources, and support to both Rethink Retail and its partners.

I have also been inspired by the “growth mindset” of the founders, Paul Lewis and Julia Hare Their unwavering dedication to innovation, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the retail space has been truly remarkable. Their visionary leadership has set the tone for the entire organization and has created a culture of excellence, agility, and adaptability.
