Back in 2012, I started working with McNulty when I was COO of LIDL Ireland. What began as coaching turned into a game-changing program that reshaped LIDL over three years. It was a journey that opened new doors and opportunities.

We first met Martin in 2012 when our CEO Enda Mc Nulty began coaching Martin who was COO of LIDL Ireland at the time. This coaching relationship evolved into the design, development, delivery and implementation of a transformation program at LIDL over a three year period. Martin acted as champion and"driver" of this transformation. Since then, McNulty has benefitted from many hours of guidance from Martin in particular in regard to the work we do in Retail and FMCG.
Martin is an exceptional leader, change manager and cultural architect, with over 25 years’ experience within the global food and fashion retail industries. He has worked extensively across Europe with brands such as Lidl, Tesco and Primark. Martin has very strong knowledge of local and global markets. We are very inspired by his growth and development as a business manager and leader. As a huge endorsement of this growth, in the Last year Martin became the CEO of Trent Food retail in Mumbai. This is a Tata/Tesco enterprise in India.
Martin is a high energy, positive, growth mindset orientated leader. This is exactly why he fits well in with our culture, our business and our client family. Martin has a big passion for sport. Martin is an avid Ulster and Ireland Rugby Supporter.
Most importantly however, Martin shares our companies mission "to help unlock the full potential of people in business and in life" Martin will advise, guide, mentor our leaders in his non exec role; initially this will be in a virtual capacity from Mumbai.
